The EcoLogical Home show PAEA (Progetti Alternativi per l'Energia e l'Ambiente - Alternative Projects for Energy and the environment), set up by Energie und Umweltzentrum (Centro per l'energia e l'ambiente – Centre for energy and the environment) of Springe – Hannover, in Germany, will make a stop at fieramilano from 25 to 28 October during Greenergy Expo 2009 – EnerSolar+.

EcoLogical Home Show is the largest and most complete "travelling show" in Europe on these topics and that has, until now, been visited by more than 350,000 people in 200 different cities of five European countries.

The structure of the show, which represents a house with functioning energy and water systems, using renewable energies, by means of guided "tours", shows how it is possible to combine sustainability with comfort and the quality of life.
There are solar collectors for the production of hot water, a high power solar oven with temperatures up to 250°, photovoltaic solar panels and a wind energy generator for the production of electricity.
All the low-consumption domestic appliances are powered by photovoltaics, wind energy and solar thermal power. And as far as saving water is concerned, there are flow reducers and a collection plant with the use of rainwater.
In the part regarding bio-architecture and bio-construction, there are areas of the walls and insulated roofing using natural materials such as cork, wood fiber or cellulose, perlite, coconut fiber, wool, hemp, linen and cellular glass. And more: insulating systems, natural and ecological paints and differential refuse collection systems.
